the latest wells family antics

We celebrated this special day with a trip to the fountains with tons of friends after school.  We stayed for 4 hours!  Pizza, fountains, slushie's (and maybe some wine for the adults).....SUMMER!! i

Another fun set for the end of year performances.  The kids did great and we all enjoy being in the Great Hall in Faneuil Hall.  So much history for the kids to see.  I remember all of the years trying to entertain Angela through the performances, and now my baby is performing herself.  She could not have been happier (as you can see in the last video of both kids dancing). Richard and his long time school friend Finny. Angela and her BFF Clare.

Since both holidays were on the same day, we picked the beach to celebrate.  How lucky to have both Fathers Day and Mothers Day on a gorgeous beach day. AND, we found our friend Cecelia so it was even more fun (and relaxing for the adults)!  After the beach we got cleaned up and went to a nice dinner at the Boston Harbor Hotel.  Pretty good picture the kids took of us. Happy Father's Day and Anniversary to my main squeeze!  Love you always!

Since Father's Day and our Anniversary are on the same day this year, we celebrated part of Father's Day on Saturday with a trip to the driving range.  The kids are dying to play more golf and they are both really good!

Angela's classroom bought an incubator and got some fertilized eggs from a farm.  They then waited 3 long weeks, but were finally rewarded with Chickie, Pop and Lily!

The First Graders had a publishing party to show off their work on their Non-Fiction unit.  Yeah, it was a Friday so I could more easily go.  Each kid was so knowledgeable about their animals, I was very impressed!

Since it is the end of the school year, there is A LOT going on.  This morning was the Around The World Concert where each class sang songs from other countries with their music teacher.  Super cute!
