Big brother pics

Here are some of the first pictures of the big brother. He absolutely loves his new little sister and has been great at being a big brother. He is very helpful and does not seem to be at all jealous. He LOVES when we give her a tub and asks to hold her all the time. Each time he also wants his picture taken!





This is the "real" golf club that baby gave him for being a big brother. He also got a "real" hockey stick. Both were things he wanted and hard to come by because he is lefty. The hockey stick actually had to be made for us by our friend Doug.......thanks Doug, you are a life saver! He said it was what he wanted the new baby to bring him and I didn't want to disappoint!

Red Sox game with our pal Colton

Another fun baseball game and this one we invited Richie's best bud Colton.  We used to invite our friends and now we invite the kids friends.  Luckily Colton's parents are our friends as well so a good time was had by all.   Since the Red Sox were playing the Yankees, Rich wore the special shirt Babci made for him (half Red Sox half Yankees).  He always gets a lot of attention from it.  And this time Angela really got into the game more than usual.  She was so excited from the second we told her we were going to the game.  She insisted on wearing her Red Sox hat and shirt.  She cracked up everyone on the train because of her outfit and how she just kept yelling about the Red Sox.  Big Papi is her favorite player and she yelled his name the whole game.  Check out the video!

Single Mom - missing Daddy

Since Chris was away again for work, we had our first Mommy/Richie/Angela days. It was a lot of work, but I did it! I guess I can handle 2 kids at once. Here are some pictures of our days so Chris can see what we did and know we missed him. We did lots of extra fun stuff because I was bribing Richie so he would go get a hair cut. Well it worked! He is finally not a shaggy dog and he didn't cry again. I am so glad the meltdowns during hair cuts are gone. That first one was brutal. I will never forget it. Some of our first smiles! (Unfortunately my camera memory card was full so this video got cut off)
