Lake Tahoe with the Justice-Moores

Next up, a couple of days with some west coast cousins!!  Kathleen and Steve were nice enough to let us come visit their Tahoe City house.  You can see all the games, sledding, art projects and snuggling the kids did with their cousins Laura Ann and Sarah.  There was also a special fondue dinner and some time spent on the actual lake (we love when playgrounds are in gorgeous places!).  We are very grateful for this memorable family vacation.  They better watch out because we want to COME BACK to Tahoe!
Highly recommended family vacation that we will never forget.  We consider ourselves so lucky to be able to take our family on these wonderful adventures.

Red Sox game with our pal Colton

Another fun baseball game and this one we invited Richie's best bud Colton.  We used to invite our friends and now we invite the kids friends.  Luckily Colton's parents are our friends as well so a good time was had by all.   Since the Red Sox were playing the Yankees, Rich wore the special shirt Babci made for him (half Red Sox half Yankees).  He always gets a lot of attention from it.  And this time Angela really got into the game more than usual.  She was so excited from the second we told her we were going to the game.  She insisted on wearing her Red Sox hat and shirt.  She cracked up everyone on the train because of her outfit and how she just kept yelling about the Red Sox.  Big Papi is her favorite player and she yelled his name the whole game.  Check out the video!

Single Mom - missing Daddy

Since Chris was away again for work, we had our first Mommy/Richie/Angela days. It was a lot of work, but I did it! I guess I can handle 2 kids at once. Here are some pictures of our days so Chris can see what we did and know we missed him. We did lots of extra fun stuff because I was bribing Richie so he would go get a hair cut. Well it worked! He is finally not a shaggy dog and he didn't cry again. I am so glad the meltdowns during hair cuts are gone. That first one was brutal. I will never forget it. Some of our first smiles! (Unfortunately my camera memory card was full so this video got cut off)

Giggles!

Although Angela loves to smile (and does so ALL the time) she has been stingy with the belly laughs. Not this day!! She is totally a daddy's girl and he is the best at making her giggle. Enjoy - it is music to our ears.
