Visit from our UK friends

We had an awesome visit tonight from our friends the Hiltons.  Chucky (Elizabeth) is one of our Clarkson friends and she now brings along her beautiful family.  Wayne (her husband), Becks (her daughter Rebecca) and Finn (her newest 4 month old - not so little - son!). We miss Chucky so much and wish she wasn't so far away.  And Wayne has become one of the guys when he is in town. 
To welcome their annual visit we had a typical roof deck party with lots of Boston friends.  We used to get drunk and eat chicken wings.....now we have a beer (or three) and try to make sure our kids eat something!!  Oh the good times!
And I had to post these pics as soon as they left because Chucky was giving me so much credit for posting pics ASAP.  I couldn't let her down.  Love and miss you guys already!

Single Mom - missing Daddy

Since Chris was away again for work, we had our first Mommy/Richie/Angela days. It was a lot of work, but I did it! I guess I can handle 2 kids at once. Here are some pictures of our days so Chris can see what we did and know we missed him. We did lots of extra fun stuff because I was bribing Richie so he would go get a hair cut. Well it worked! He is finally not a shaggy dog and he didn't cry again. I am so glad the meltdowns during hair cuts are gone. That first one was brutal. I will never forget it. Some of our first smiles! (Unfortunately my camera memory card was full so this video got cut off)

Red Sox game with our pal Colton

Another fun baseball game and this one we invited Richie's best bud Colton.  We used to invite our friends and now we invite the kids friends.  Luckily Colton's parents are our friends as well so a good time was had by all.   Since the Red Sox were playing the Yankees, Rich wore the special shirt Babci made for him (half Red Sox half Yankees).  He always gets a lot of attention from it.  And this time Angela really got into the game more than usual.  She was so excited from the second we told her we were going to the game.  She insisted on wearing her Red Sox hat and shirt.  She cracked up everyone on the train because of her outfit and how she just kept yelling about the Red Sox.  Big Papi is her favorite player and she yelled his name the whole game.  Check out the video!
